Promoitalia Medical Aesthetics presents another line for their facial aesthetic line that is made up of a polymerized polynucleotide-based gel known as Nucleofill Skin of dermal injectable products. Thanks to the company’s bio-stimulation technique, Nucleofill is specially designed for skin renewal and bio-reconstruction of the face and neck. It offers revitalization to the skin and can be integrated into a mesotherapy regimen and capillary mesotherapy protocol. This line of Nucleofill dermal fillers can effectively activate cell renewal in a sustainable and preventive way for all skin needs. It is made of high viscosity gel which is designed to protect and rejuvenate the skin by activating the regeneration process of the skin from the dermis layer to the subcutaneous level of the skin. The Nucleofill fillers are ideal for clogged pores, dehydrated and aging skin, and other skin imperfections such as scars and stretch marks.

The Nucleofill Skin line of natural bio-stimulating gels for the face comprises the synergy of 4(four) types of stimulations for skin bio-regeneration: Moisturizing effect, bio-stimulating effect, detoxing effect against free radicals, and contouring and tightening effects. When administered into the target area, it produces the effects reaching the dermo-epidermal layer, vascular layer then at the level of the deep tissues. Nucleofill is developed to have 2 concentrations ideal for every skin; these are Nucleofill Medium and Nucleofill Strong. These formulations are perfect to be administered to the different parts of the face and neck, as well as some parts of the body such as the back of the hands.

FORMULATION

Nucleofill Dermal Fillers contain a polynucleotide gel with a molecular weight of 2500kDa with 2 different concentrations: 2% polynucleotide (Nucleofill Medium) and 2.5% (Nucleofill Strong).

TREATMENT PROTOCOL

• 5-points technique (10 points, “Lifting points”)
  1. Standard treatment: Inject 0.1mL to 0.2mL per point sub-dermally (5-point)
  2. For a lifting effect (10-point): Use 1.4mL and inject another 0.1mL to even out each side, if needed.
  3. Inject at the top of the cheekbone and jawline with 0.2mL per point and the rest of the target area with 0.1mL per point, making it a total of 0.7mL per side.
  4. If more volume is desired, use 1.5mL -3mL per side.

• Fan Technique
  1. Inject 0.2mL to 0.4mL per line in a “fan-like” direction sub-dermally using an appropriately sized cannula.
  2. 1.5mL of the product can be used for both sides but amount can be increased if more volume is desired.

• Meso Injection Technique
  1. Inject a small dose of 0.05mL per point into the middle dermis to the deep dermis in the face, neck, back of the hand or in the decolletage where the skin needs more revitalization, lifting, and hydration.
  2. Each injection point must have a distance of 0.5cm to 1cm to avoid overtreatment.

DURATION OF EFFECT

Depending on what the client wishes and needs to achieve, results can last up to 6 to 12 months. Other factors that may affect the duration of effect are age and lifestyle. The treatment can be repeated once every 15 or 30 days with 2 – 4 consecutive treatments in total.

Indications: Bio-restructuring of the deep dermis, moisturizing effect, light lifting effect, treatment of small scars or depressed areas. It is suitable as a preventive treatment and curative case of mild aging.

Composition: 2.5% polynucleotide gel

Viscosity complex: 48 – 65 pa

Indications: It is also suitable as a curative treatment in case of evident aging and also when the skin is rough in texture and loses its tone. Best used for the bio-restructuring of the deep dermis, adipose and bone tissue. Prolongs the moisturizing effect and produces an intense lifting effect of the face. It also treats small scars, depressed areas and surgical scars.
