Gana Fill contains Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which induces collagen synthesis and fibroblast proliferation through an inflammatory response with minimal risk of immune reactions. It consists of two products: Gana V and Gana X. The Gana X PLLA Filler has a higher concentration of the PLLA component, containing 630mg. It is formulated with the cutting-edge technology of GCS Co., Ltd., producing strong and high crystalline powder through freeze-drying (lyophilization) and, thus, maintaining long-term stability. Through lyophilization, PLLA particles are made into easily broken micropores that take only 5~10 minutes to dissolve. With this particle size, there will be a lower rate of granuloma occurrence.

Gana X has 40% more PLLA content than other PLLA fillers, creating more volume and contouring effects. It is also designed with the best microsphere size (30~50 µm)for collagen stimulation in the skin. Moreover, Gana X has a bigger molecular weight of 170,000 Da, which is 21% heavier than its rivals; this cements its status in offering a longer duration of effect after treatment.
